Bugz accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover using Pay Pal USA which is totally safe and effective. Net 30 terms are available only with prior approval from our Office. Accounts desiring Net 30 terms must submit financial data and must have at least three months of credit history with the Company. Hospital Gift Shops, Museums and Zoos will automatically receive Net 30 terms.
New Net 30 accounts will be required to put a valid credit card on file with the company. This card will be processed if the account is not paid within the specified credit terms.
As all Bugz are Handcrafted it may take bit of time for your order to be processed. Although we like to be ready for anything, orders arrive quickly and stock turns very fast. Depending on the size of your order Bugz always does it's very best to process orders quickly and should there be any delay our office will advise you immediately. We pride ourselves on great Customer Service.
All products are shipped from Northfield, Ct. via Fed Ex Ground with a Tracking Number or USPS with tracking number. Please expect your order to be delivered in 2 - 4 days. We attempt to ship orders immediately upon receipt. Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders. Credit Cards are charged immediately prior to shipping except in the case of custom orders including Pillow Packaging. In those cases Cards may be charged 1 - 2 days prior to anticipated shipping.
